License Agreement

By using our service, you are agreeing to license to us, at no charge, you and your partner's provided information harvested by our online forms. This information, including digital images/photos, email addresses, and personal givennames and surnames is required only for the completion of your online marriage proposal.

This personal data will never be intentionally shared to anyone other than our customers and their specified partners who which they are proposing to. However, we cannot guarantee that some of your information will not be retrieved by any public Internet user visiting our affiliate website http://www.surf-daddy.com. We have elected to not implement additional security measures to prevent unauthorized visitors from retrieving your proposal, other than granting access by providing your partner's full name. It has been decided that implementing a username/password authentication system to access a proposal would somewhat degrade the quality of service being offered to the proposees and reduce the positive effect of the proposal delivery.

Upon presentation of your marriage proposal we recommend that our customers immediately notify us via email to admin@popease.com that their proposal has been delivered to their partner and that the process is complete. At this point we will remove all harvested information from our database so that it can no longer be retrieved. All marriage proposal data will also be automatically deleted from our databases within 10 business days from the time in which the order was submitted. As such, your partner must retrieve their proposal within 10 days of your order.
